What time is it best to come in with a sick pet?

The best time to come in is "Immediately"  don't call us just come on in  between 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

What is your office visit fee?

Our office visit fee is $28.00.  This will allow you a consultation where you will have all your questions answered and we'll give you all options available. 

How are fees for services handled in your practice?

In our practice, ALL FEES are due upon services rendered and will be discussed with you PRIOR to any services performed.   Any services performed are upon your approval only.

Do I need a Heartworm Test to purchase heartworm preventative like Trifexis or Heartgard Plus?

This will all depend on the age of your pet.  Your pet can start on preventative as early as 6-8 weeks, without a heartworm test.  Once your pet is over a year, he will have a heartworm test performed.  A  heartworm test with negative test results is good for 12 months.  

What happens if my pet has a positive heartworm test result?

If you pet tests positive for heartworm, we will discuss your treatment options and costs.  

What services does my new puppy need?

Your new puppy will need to be de-wormed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and at 6 weeks when he comes in to have his first vaccine.  

What are your consultation hours if my pet is sick?

Our consultation hours are Monday through Friday, in the morning from 8:30 am - 11:00 am and our afternoon hours are 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm.

What services do you offer?

We offer medical, dental and surgical services.  All surgical and dental services are by appointment.

What are your consultation hours for a wellness exam or vaccines only?

Our consultation hours are Monday through Friday, in the morning from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm and our afternoon hours are 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. 

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, American Express, and Care Credit.  Owner of  credit or debit card must be present with a valid identification.
